For your convienience, we are adding an online application process. You may submit your application via e-mail to the account listed below, mail in a printed copy to the address listed below or do both (recommended). We will hold a spot with your application for 2 weeks and reserve and confirm your spot once payment (or deposit) has been received. At this time we only accept payment by check (sorry, no credit cards!). Checks may be mailed with a printed copy of your application to the address listed below.

Legal Information

Payments: A deposit of $200 ($100 non-refundable) is required for all registrations. Full payment is required for registrations after July 8th, 2011. Campers who have a balance due will not be allowed to enter camp until payment is rendered. Registrations will be accepted until the first day of camp or until all spaces are filled.

Cancellations: Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason after July 8th, 2011. Refunds for cancellations prior to July 8th will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If at any time it becomes necessry for Next Level Volleyball Camps to cancel this session we will refund your entire registration fees only. By accepting your refund you waive any and all damages and accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
